Working With Children Card

 

All coaches of MUST have a current Working With Children (WWC) Card.

The WWC application or details must be supplied to the Club by ROUND 3 – failure to supply the information can result in loss of premiership points for your team.

 

Already have a WWC card??  

If you have not coached for Wantirna Jetbacks & Knox Basketball Inc previously you will need to amend your details to include both of these volunteer organisations.

Need to Apply for WWC card? ·

Applications forms are available from the Post Office. 

You will also need a passport style photo and proof of identity documentation (refer the application form for more details) · For more information visit the Information is available on the following webpage click here

There is no fee for lodging an application for a volunteer organisation.

When you lodge your form you will be given a receipt. A copy of this receipt needs to be sent to the WWC Officer.
